RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are only available for orders delivered in the United States.

 

Returns are only available for items with retail prices above $100. Any items that were purchased for less than $100 are final sale.

 

All items attached to a charity are non-refundable and only exchangeable in the event or a defective item or wrongly fulfilled order.

 

When applicable, item(s) purchased from julietrecords.com must be returned at the customer’s expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 2 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund.

 

In the event of an error in order fulfillment or a faulty product please email store@julietrecords.com within 7 days from receipt. Exchanges will be honored on defective products purchased from julietrecords.com at the full retail value.

 

Returns will be processed in a timely manner, please allow 2-4 business days after the parcel has been returned and received to initiate a refund. All funds must be returned in the original fprm of payment. Refund receival may depend upon individuals banks but is estimated to take no longer than 5-10 business days to receive a refund.

 

Products which are defective or damaged upon delivery may be returned immediately for exchange of identical product. Refunds for products defective or damaged upon arrival are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product of equal value. The damaged or defective product must be returned prior to the dispatch of the replacement.

 

The prices displayed on the are quoted in U.S. dollars. Foreign currency conversions may fluctuate and are dependent upon global exchange rates. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, where applicable, or delivery costs, both of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

 

julietrecords.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. All shipments are insured during transit for their full retail value, should you wish to make a claim for a lost or stolen package, please contact us to initiate an insurance claim. A replacement package will be dispatched upon third party claim approval.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed from Monday-Friday before 2:00PM PST will be dispatched within 2 business days (except holidays).

 

All items marked as “pre-sale” are made to order and will be shipped on the ship date indicated in the item description.

 

Each parcel is packed with great care and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

 

Domestic orders are sent via USPS Ground service and can take up to 5 additional business days for delivery from date of dispatch. Julietrecords.com is not responsible for any delays in transit times.

International orders are shipped via DHL with rates starting at $12-18$ to Canada, 18-25$ to Europe and 19-30$ for all other international destinations; transit times vary. Julietrecords.com is not responsible for any delays in transit times.

 

The customer is responsible for any shipping, customs fees, duties, sales taxes, and brokerage charges that the shipment will incur in.

 

julietrecords.com is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any customs duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay duties.
